- Applicants can buy the vouchers with Mobile Money and VISA/Mastercard online through the link below.
Permanent Voucher Purchase Link: Click Here - Applicants will receive a text message with PIN ONLY. There will be no serial numbers used in the verification of vouchers.
Instructions for USSD Shortcode
- Dial the USSD Short Code: *887*9# on your phone (All network)
- Enter GSL as the name or alias of the institution
- Select the form you want to purchase
- Wait for the prompt to approve the payment
- Enter pin to approve payment
- For MTN Users only: If the prompt was not received, dial *170# and select my approvals, and authorize to make payment
- An SMS will be received after successful payment with the voucher details
